1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards.

✅ You may request a return or exchange only if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The request is made within 48 hours of delivery

❌ We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective)

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a request, please contact our customer support team with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
  • Reason for return or exchange

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

3. Exchange Process

  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement for the same product (subject to availability).
  • If the product is out of stock, you may choose an alternative item of equal value or receive store credit.
  • Exchanges are processed after the returned item passes inspection.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable for approved cases (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

⚠️ Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error was from our side.

5. Shipping Responsibility

  • If the return is due to a Ruglow error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If approved under special circumstances, customers may be responsible for return shipping.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
