At Beautiers, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth, transparent, and enjoyable as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle the processing, shipping, and delivery of your orders placed through Beautiers.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details and a tracking number once the shipment has been dispatched.
  • In rare cases, if an item is out of stock or delayed, our team will notify you immediately via email.

2. Shipping Within the UAE

We currently ship all orders across the United Arab Emirates.

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Express Delivery (Dubai only): 1–2 business days.
  • Shipping Fee: Free on orders above AED 140. Orders below this amount may incur a small delivery fee, displayed at checkout.

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and details are accurate to avoid any delivery delays.

3. International Shipping

We are working to bring international shipping soon!

Currently, we deliver within the UAE only. Please stay tuned as we expand our reach to more countries.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

You can use this to check your order status on the courier partner’s website or through your Beautiers account.

If you face any issue tracking your package, kindly contact us at support@beautiers.com and we’ll be happy to help.

5. Delivery Delays

We do our best to deliver on time. However, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume
  • Public holidays or weather conditions
  • Remote area delivery or courier partner delays

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our support team — we’ll ensure your concerns are resolved promptly.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, missing an item, or incorrect, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

We’ll review your case and provide a replacement or refund based on the situation.

7. Address Changes or Delivery Issues

If you entered an incorrect address or need to modify your order after placing it, please contact us within 6 hours of purchase.

Once the order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

8. Delivery Confirmation

All deliveries require a signature or confirmation upon receipt to ensure your order reaches you safely.

If no one is available at the address, our courier will attempt redelivery or contact you to reschedule.
